The ZW32-12 outdoor pole-mounted circuit breaker is an outdoor distribution switchgear with a rated voltage of 12kV and a three-phase AC 50Hz. It adopts a three-phase pillar-type layout design, with the pole utilizing APG technology and composite insulation. The overall structure is compact and the appearance is aesthetically pleasing. The circuit breaker can be equipped with either a spring mechanism or a permanent magnet mechanism, and an isolating switch can be added according to user needs.

Product Advantages
The circuit breaker is integrally cast using an epoxy resin-coated silicone rubber process, significantly enhancing its insulation performance and mechanical strength.
The circuit breaker adopts a miniaturized spring operating mechanism, ensuring low power consumption during opening and closing operations. The mechanism’s transmission output adopts a spindle sliding mode, providing high reliability and high transmission efficiency.
The circuit breaker is equipped with built-in voltage and current sensors, which can detect line current and voltage signals.
A disconnector can be installed on the side of the circuit breaker to form a combined electrical apparatus of the circuit breaker and the isolating switch, which increases the visible isolation gap and features a reliable mechanical interlocking device.
The circuit breaker adopts a fully sealed structure, with a chassis protection level of IP67, featuring moisture and condensation resistance, making it suitable for use in high-temperature and humid environments.
It can be operated both electrically and manually, and can be equipped with local control and remote control functions.
Application Scenarios
It is suitable for use in the overhead distribution systems of the State Grid and China Southern Power Grid for measurement, protection, and control purposes. It can automatically detect, protect against, and alarm for faults, monitor the operation of the line, and has the function of automatically isolating faults and restoring power supply to non-fault sections.
