MNS low-voltage switchgear is a low-voltage complete set of switchgear designed with standardization and modularization, which can be applied in distribution systems with rated voltage AC 690V and below, insulation voltage Ui=1000V, maximum rated current up to 7500A, and meets various capacity level requirements. The product includes different functional modules such as fixed, fixed partition, and pull-out, which can be flexibly combined to meet various requirements.
MNS complies with domestic and international standards such as IEC 61439-1&2 and GB/T 7251.

  • Product Advantages
    The structural form of a 2.0mm thick C-type skeleton and a 2.5mm thick G-type crossbeam effectively ensures the overall strength of the frame.
    According to different usage requirements, shells with different protection levels can be designed. The bottom of the cabinet can provide a detachable bottom plate and be equipped with sealing rings.
    Drawers of the same specifications can be interchanged, and drawer units, fixed partition units, and frame circuit breaker units can be freely combined and mixed, effectively reducing the number of cabinets.
    The drawer unit can be opened and closed with a single handle, and the status of the circuit breaker can be clearly displayed.
    Prominent position indication, displaying the working, testing, and isolation positions of the drawer.
    The cabinet door handle can be equipped with a padlock, and the drawer unit can be locked in the desired position.
    The plug-in adopts an arc isolation design to prevent the expansion of internal combustion arcs and reduce the impact of accidents
    The high current cabinet adopts stainless steel busbar clamp bracket, and the back panel of the frame circuit breaker adopts anti eddy current design such as stainless steel material, which solves problems such as local heating and abnormal operation noise.
