1. The inlet and exhaust casing of the fan and the reflux device are matched with the impeller through parameter optimization, resulting in a streamlined design with less flow loss.
2. Adopting a three-dimensional flow meridian surface, combined impeller, and composite profile technology, the aerodynamic efficiency of the impeller is high.
3. The impeller inlet sealing and diversion technology effectively improves the flowability of the impeller inlet.
4. Wing shaped reflux vane design technology, with low losses and higher static pressure energy conversion.
5. Applying flow analysis technology to optimize the performance of the blower, the maximum variable efficiency of the blower is above 78%.
6. Some fans adopt a three element flow impeller, which makes the fan more efficient and performs better.
7. After strict dynamic balancing, the rotor has low vibration, high reliability, and overall low noise.
