Instructions

  • It should be installed horizontally, and the lubricating oil level of the cooling box should be checked. If the oil level is too low, it should be replenished in a timely manner.
  • Before starting the pump Firstly, the cooling water circuit should be opened, and the opening degree of the inlet valve should be adjusted according to the temperature of the cooling outlet pipe after the pump is working normally.
  • When the suction liquid level is higher than the pump axis line, open the suction pipeline valve before starting. If the suction liquid level is lower than the pump axis line, the pipeline needs to be equipped with a bottom valve.
  • Before using the pump, it should be checked that the motor fan blades rotate flexibly, without jamming or abnormal noise, and all fasteners should be tightened.
  • Check if the rotation direction of the motor is consistent with the direction mark of the magnetic pump.
  • After the motor starts, slowly open the discharge valve and adjust it to the desired opening after the pump enters normal operation.
  • Before the pump stops working, the discharge valve should be closed first, then the power should be cut off, and finally the cooling water pipe valve should be closed.

precautions

  • The cooling and lubrication of magnetic pump bearings rely on the medium being transported So air freight transfer is absolutely prohibited At the same time, avoid spatiotemporal operation caused by restarting after a power outage during work.
  • If the conveyed medium contains solid particles, a filter screen should be added to the pump inlet; if it contains ferromagnetic particles, a magnetic filter should be added.
  • The conveyed medium and its temperature should be within the allowable range of the pump material.
  • A liquid without hard particles or impurities, with a temperature below 280 ℃, a maximum working pressure of 1.6MPa, a density not exceeding 1840kg/m ³, and a viscosity not exceeding 30mm ²/s.
  • For the medium that is prone to precipitation and crystallization during transportation, it should be cleaned promptly after use and the orange juice in the pump should be drained completely.
  • After 1000 hours of normal operation of the magnetic pump The damaged bearings and end face moving rings should be disassembled and inspected, and the damaged parts should not be reused.
  • The use of high-performance permanent magnet materials may pose potential hazards to the following devices. Please keep the following devices at a distance from this series of pumps. Such as pacemakers, credit cards, calculators, etc.
