G-type single screw pump

  • The G series single screw pump is a new type of pump that works according to the principle of rotary meshing displacement. The main working components are eccentric screw (rotor) and fixed liner (stator).
  • A separate sealed chamber, where the medium flows uniformly in the axial direction, with low internal flow velocity, low noise, constant volume, and stable pressure. Therefore, there will be no vortex or agitation, and the medium will not be damaged by its inherent structure.
  • Due to the use of various elastic materials for the stator, Huaxiang screw pumps have characteristics that general pump types cannot handle for the transportation of high viscosity fluids and media containing hard suspended particles or fiber media.
  • Its flow rate is proportional to the rotational speed.

According to the properties of the liquid medium you are conveying, choose different materials for the stator

Natural rubber

Excellent wear resistance. The corrosion resistance is average, and it will swell when encountering some gasoline,

Good oil resistance, moderate corrosion resistance, strong compatibility, and can be applied to most general liquid and fluid media.
