• The pump is a vertical structure with the same inlet and outlet diameters and located on the same centerline, which can be installed in the pipeline like a valve.
• The impeller is directly installed on the extended shaft of the motor, with a short axial dimension, compact and beautiful structure, small footprint, low construction investment, and can be used outdoors with a protective cover.
• The reasonable configuration of pump and motor bearings can effectively balance the radial and axial loads generated by pump operation, thereby ensuring smooth pump operation, low vibration, and low noise.
• The shaft seal adopts mechanical seal or a combination of mechanical seals, using imported titanium alloy sealing rings, medium-sized high-temperature resistant mechanical seals, and hard alloy materials. The wear-resistant seal can effectively extend the service life.

• IHG type vertical pipeline chemical pump is used for conveying liquids that do not contain solid particles, are corrosive, and have a viscosity similar to water. It is suitable for industries such as petroleum, chemical, power, papermaking, food and pharmaceuticals, and synthetic fibers, with an operating temperature range of -20 ℃ to+120 ℃.
