KCB type gear oil pump

KCB gear pumps are suitable for transporting various oils, such as heavy oil, diesel, and lubricating oil. Copper gears can be used to transport liquids with low flash points, such as gas oil, benzene, etc.

  • Stainless steel gear pumps can transport beverages and corrosive liquids, and are not suitable for those containing hard particles or fibers. They are suitable for viscosities ranging from 5×10 ⁻⁶ to 1.5×10 ⁻³ m ²/s (5-1500cSt). The temperature should not exceed 300 ℃.
  • If you need to transport high-temperature liquids, please use a high-temperature resistant gear oil pump for single-stage single suction oil pumps, which can transport liquids below 300 ℃.
  • The pump itself is equipped with a safety valve, which provides safety protection in case of overload. The shaft seal has three types: skeleton oil seal, mechanical seal, and packing seal.
