1. The fan inlet and exhaust casing, as well as the reflux device, are fully matched with the impeller through parameter optimization, resulting in a streamlined design with less flow loss.
2. Adopting a three-dimensional flow meridian surface, combined impeller, and composite profile technology, the impeller has high aerodynamic efficiency.
3. The impeller inlet does not have a guide ring, effectively improving the flowability of the impeller inlet.
4. Wing shaped reflux blade design technology, with low losses and higher static pressure energy conversion.
5. Apply flow analysis technology to optimize the performance of the blower, with a variable efficiency of over 78%.
6. The same blower can meet two speeds of 50Hz and 60Hz, with a wide adjustment range and better performance.
After strict dynamic balancing of the rotor, the fan has low vibration, high reliability, and overall low noise.
8. The shared base can be installed with shock-absorbing pads without the need for anchor bolts, saving time and effort, and reducing the cost of foundation production.
