Product Introduction

• QBK pneumatic diaphragm pump is a new type of conveying machinery that uses compressed air as the power source, and can pump and absorb all kinds of corrosive liquids.
• Customized cast iron, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, fluoroplastics, etc. can be made according to user requirements.

Advantage

• No need for water injection, it can work immersed in the medium, with a suction height of up to 5m, a head of 50m, and an outlet pressure of ≥ 6bar.
• Spacious flow and good performance, allowing for a maximum particle diameter of 10mm. When pumping mud and impurities, there is minimal wear on the pump.
• The head and flow rate can be infinitely adjusted through the opening of the air valve (the air pressure can be adjusted between 1-7 bar).
• The pump has no rotating parts and no shaft seal. The diaphragm completely separates the pumped medium from the moving parts and workpiece medium of the pump, and the conveyed medium will not leak outward.
• The pump has a simple structure and few vulnerable parts, making it easy to install and maintain.
• Can transport viscous liquids (viscosity below 10000 centipoise).
• This pump does not require oil lubrication and has no impact on the pump even when idling, which is the biggest feature of this pump.
• Easy to use, reliable in operation, and only requires simple opening and closing of the gas valve for starting and stopping.
