Product Introduction

• The YW series submersible non clogging sewage pump has the characteristics of anti winding, non clogging, and automatic installation.
• This series of sewage pumps adopts a unique impeller structure and a new type of mechanical seal, which can effectively transport solids and long fibers.
• Compared with traditional impellers, the impeller adopts a single or double channel form, which has very good overcurrent performance. Coupled with a reasonable volute chamber, the YW submersible sewage pump has high efficiency. The impeller has undergone dynamic and static balance tests, making the pump operate without vibration.

• By adopting a unique single or double blade impeller structure, the ability of pollutants to pass through is greatly improved, which can effectively pass through 5 times the fiber material of the pump diameter and solid particles with a diameter of about 50% of the pump diameter.
• The overall structure is compact, the volume is small, the noise is low, the energy-saving effect is significant, the maintenance is convenient, and there is no need to build a pump room. It can work underwater, greatly reducing the project cost.

working conditions

• The medium temperature should not exceed 60 ℃, the weight should be 1-1.3kg/dm3, and the pH value should be within the range of 5-9.
• In general, the pump must be used within the range of head to ensure that the motor is not overloaded. If it needs to be used within the full head range, it should be specified separately when ordering for the manufacturer to manufacture.
• The current of the pump motor during operation shall not exceed the rated current of the motor.
