Customized water supply system for fish farms
A large salmon farming enterprise in Norway has 12 deep-water net cages (each with a capacity of 5000m ³) near the western coast of Norway, with a farming scale of 800000 Atlantic salmon, covering the entire cycle of fish fry cultivation and adult fish farming. The core requirement is to solve the problems of fish fry stress death, high energy consumption, and complicated maintenance caused by traditional pumping equipment, while adapting to the complex environment of strong waves and seawater corrosion in coastal areas.
Based on customer needs and pain points, combined with the characteristics of offshore cage aquaculture, we provide a complete pumping system that combines low stress, intelligent energy saving, and anti-corrosion adaptation,
Main pump unit: 6 low stress unobstructed centrifugal pumps (flow rate 200m ³/h, head 30m)+12 precision hose pumps (flow rate 1-3m ³/h), equipped with variable frequency permanent magnet motors
Water quality assurance system: self-cleaning filter (filtration accuracy of 80 μ m)+online water quality monitor (dissolved oxygen/ammonia nitrogen/pH)+activated carbon adsorption module
Intelligent control and anti-corrosion: PLC central controller+remote monitoring platform, pump body/pipeline made of 316L stainless steel+cathodic protection device.
