The LW3(TBEA)-12 pole-mounted circuit breaker is an outdoor distribution switchgear with a rated voltage of 12kV and a three-phase AC 50Hz. It adopts a three-phase common-tank design, utilizes SF6 gas for arc extinction and insulation, and features an operating mechanism that can be manually and electrically operated. The enclosure protection level is IP67, allowing for maintenance-free operation under harsh environmental conditions.

The improved spring operating mechanism incorporates an oil buffer design, enhancing the mechanical reliability and lifespan of the operating mechanism.
Contact method: Highly reliable multi-point insertion contact method with low contact resistance, enabling lower operating power consumption for the operating mechanism.
If the fracture distance of the SF6 circuit breaker is greater than 35mm, it can meet the requirements for maintenance of fully insulated overhead lines without the need for an internal isolating switch.
The product can be equipped with built-in current transformers for protection and measurement, as well as a built-in zero-sequence current transformer, to achieve ground fault protection.
The gas-insulated pole-mounted circuit breaker boasts excellent insulation performance, making it particularly suitable for use in high-altitude areas.
It can be operated both electrically and manually, and can be equipped with local control and remote control functions.
Application Scenarios
It is suitable for use in the overhead distribution systems of the State Grid and China Southern Power Grid for measurement, protection, and control purposes. It can automatically detect, protect against, and alarm for faults, and can monitor the operation of the line. It also has the function of automatically isolating faults and restoring power supply to non-fault sections.
